A house fire is not something that you wish upon your worst enemy. This last year has been the most difficult of my life. However, without the personal attention that you gave my situation and the incredible personal generosity that you showed us, things would have been much more difficult. It is clear to me that you played a role that exceeds that which an insurance agent is expected to play.
